Today let me put up different topic , not recipe ... about a myth on females not going out and working in earlier days ..

This is really a myth that everyone talk .We always talk ladies these days are working both at home and out at office, and those earlier days they were so lucky, but actually it is not so, ladies were going out and getting there day to day food for themselves and family as well ... only thing they were not paid for that.

those days, ladies were going out to fields and work, they would go to forest to fetch wood ,  fruits, honey and so on.. they also worked at home  apart from cooking , cleaning , raising children, they also did several work like making flour , making all types of masalas, pickles , papads, sweets to store for children as snacks, milking cattle, making all milk products at home (curd , ghee , butter ..)
some were even business women , having to sell there home made products or simple sell grains , fruits , vegetables ..and many more .

they were also very active throughout the day ... not sleeping or idle there time any ways, they would chit chat with members of family while doing all house hold work ... so the communication and understanding within family members were very good..

I like to share a short story of one of my great great grand-mom, great example how a lady worked hard to earn all the wealth... this is really a inspiring story for all women,,,

My grand-mom was a very normal girl from poor family , after she was married and moved to new family  which was also  poor ... she taught what can she do to help her family ? 

After many days, she got permission from her husband to go to forest and fetch some wood, she use to leave house in morning eating some rice kanji (overnight rice soaked in water), she would join some of the ladies who go to forest and she will gather few woods, some she will get easily picking from ground, some she need to cut from small trees... at the end of the day tie all that she collected and bring it back on her head, she would not eat anything or sometime she will grab some fruits in forest. She will sell the wood for little amount and save the money, one day she saw some custard apples in the forest, she collected them and got along with the woods, she sold even fruits, people liked the taste very much and the demand raised.. until the season ended she would sell the fruits, she saved enough money to buy a cow, so that she need not venture out to forest and also work at home...  she got the cow, she would then do all the work at home along with milking and making buttermilk, ghee and butter to sell as well. She started earning more than what she was getting from woods that she got from forest, now she got one more cow.. so on she got one by one and she had so many cows she can supply milk to the whole village, now she also employed labor to do all the cattle work... she slowly saved money and bought a piece of land and also constructed a house , and she also bought a land for farming , and thus she earning from that as well. She saved all the money without any wastage .. still she will do all the work at home, cattle and also in the farm. She saved money and also properties to all the children...

this also shows hard work and saving with little planning any thing can be achieved from zero to  riches..

ಇಂದು ನಾನು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಹಾಕುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಪಾಕವಿಧಾನವಲ್ಲ ... ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋಗದಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪುರಾಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ..

ಇದು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಪುರಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ .ನಾವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಹೆಂಗಸರನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಈ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಹಿಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ತುಂಬಾ ಅದೃಷ್ಟಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು, ಆದರೆ ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ ಅದು ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ, ಹೆಂಗಸರು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ದಿನದ ಆಹಾರ ... ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

ಆ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಹೆಂಗಸರು ಹೊಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಅವರು ಮರ, ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು, ಜೇನುತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ತರಲು ಕಾಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು .. ಅವರು ಅಡುಗೆ, ಸ್ವಚ್ cleaning ಗೊಳಿಸುವಿಕೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಅವರು ತಯಾರಿಸುವಂತಹ ಹಲವಾರು ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಹಿಟ್ಟು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಮಸಾಲಾ, ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕಾಯಿ, ಪಪಾಡ್, ಸಿಹಿತಿಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಂಡಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು, ದನಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಲು ಕೊಡುವುದು, ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಾಲಿನ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವುದು (ಮೊಸರು, ತುಪ್ಪ, ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ ..)

ಕೆಲವರು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಸರಳವಾದ ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳು, ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು, ತರಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು .. ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನೇಕ.

ಅವರು ದಿನವಿಡೀ ತುಂಬಾ ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು ... ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ನಿದ್ರಿಸುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಷ್ಫಲವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನೆ ಹಿಡುವಳಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚಿಟ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ... ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಳಗಿನ ಸಂವಹನ ಮತ್ತು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು ..

ನನ್ನ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮುತ್ತಜ್ಜಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಾನು ಇಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಲು ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದಳು ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ... ಇದು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಕಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ,,,

ನನ್ನ ಗ್ಯಾಂಡ್ಮೋಮ್ ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಾ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಹುಡುಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಳು, ಅವಳು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದ ನಂತರ ಅದು ಬಡವನಾಗಿದ್ದಳು ... ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಏನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಕಲಿಸಿದಳು, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಗಂಡನಿಂದ ಅರಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮರವನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ, ಅವಳು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಮನೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಕಾಂಜಿ (ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೆನೆಸಿ) ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಳೆ, ಅವಳು ಕಾಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಕೆಲವು ಹೆಂಗಸರನ್ನು ಸೇರುತ್ತಾಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಳು ಕೆಲವು ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ, ಕೆಲವು ಅವಳು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಾಳೆ, ಕೆಲವು ಅವಳು ಸಣ್ಣ ಮರಗಳಿಂದ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ... ದಿನದ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅವಳ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತರುತ್ತಾಳೆ, ಅವಳು ಏನನ್ನೂ ತಿನ್ನುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅವಳು ಕಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಅವಳು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಮರವನ್ನು ಮಾರಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ, ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಅವಳು ಕಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಕಸ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಸೇಬುಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದಳು, ಅವಳು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಕಾಡಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಳು, ಅವಳು ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಮಾರಿದಳು, ಜನರು ರುಚಿಯನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟರು ಮತ್ತು ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. .ತುಮಾನ ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೂ ಅವಳು ಹಣ್ಣನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು, ಹಸುವನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಅವಳು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿದಳು, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವಳು ಕಾಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ... ಅವಳು ಹಸುವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಳು, ನಂತರ ಅವಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು ಹಾಲುಕರೆಯುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮಜ್ಜಿಗೆ, ತುಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವಳು ಕಾಡಿನಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಕಾಡಿನಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದಳು, ಈಗ ಅವಳು ಇನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ಹಸುವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಳು .. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವಳು ಒಂದೊಂದಾಗಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವಳು ಅನೇಕ ಹಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಳು ಅವಳು ಇಡೀ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಲು ಪೂರೈಸಬಲ್ಲಳು, ಈಗ ಅವಳು ಕೂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಾನುವಾರು ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು ... ಅವಳು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ ಒಂದು ತುಂಡು ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿದಳು ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದಳು, ಮತ್ತು ಅವಳು ಕೂಡ ಕೃಷಿಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿದಳು, ಮತ್ತು ಅದರಿಂದ ಅವಳು ಗಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು. ಅವಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಮಾಡದೆ ಉಳಿಸಿದಳು .. ಇನ್ನೂ ಅವಳು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ದನಕರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜಮೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ...

ಇದು ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉಳಿತಾಯವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಶೂನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಸಂಪತ್ತಿನವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಬಹುದು ..
