Daily Meal Plan 

This is for beginners who want to plan their daily meal - to make their cooking job easy and also to pre-plan. 


Tip for this week: 

The days you are busy go for easy and healthy breakfast - like 'Kadlepuri uppittuthis takes hardly 5 to 10 minutes. And the days you are late from office or from outings and wanted to serve your family with good food prefer 'Uppsaaru Khara'. In this recipe, you can prepare Khara a day before this makes dinner preparation faster. This way everyone enjoys food made at home and the person who prepares also need not put in more effort in the making process.
If you and you family can adjust with the afternoon gravy / sambar / stir fry for dinner as well - then you are lucky so serve with hot rice / roti / dosa with that gravy / stir fry, dinner preparation becomes easy.

⚪1 - Monday                    

Breakfast :  Idli - Tomato Sambar                                       

Lunch :  Thavve - Potato dry fry or egg boiled
  
Dinner : Chapathi - Thavve - any stir fry veg

Breakfast : Puri - Sagu  

                                       Lunch : Any Veg Sambar - Bhindi Stir fry

                                         Dinner : Roti / Dosa - Sambar

Breakfast :  Kadalepuri Uppittu 


Dinner : Chapathi - egg stir fry with padavalakai                                    


                                          




                                  ⚪4 - Thursday

                                    Breakfast : Chapati - Spicy Peanut Chutney 

                                     Lunch : Upsaaru - Beans stir fry                                                                                      
                       
                                    Dinner : Dosa / Roti / Rice

                          Breakfast : Paddu - Coconut Chutney                         
         
                          Lunch : Cooling Simple Vada Majjige saaru - Rice 

                       Dinner : Roti - Pumpkin / Sihi kumblakaye palya

Breakfast : Mutton Karam Saaru 

Lunch : Ghee rice and Mutton Gravy  / Spicy Mixed veg kurma

Dinner : Rice and Rasam
