Avarekalu rotti 

Goes without saying rice flour rotti is a special popular breakfast item in Karnataka. We use rice flour with some more veggies, onions and specially avarekalu tender one's in the season. Tasty with less oil recipe can be eaten even with or without chutney. Loved by lunch box, this can be a crispy and spill proof for the box.

Uttappam is made with the sour idli / dosa batter, when batter is made first day idli or dosa is made then next day or after that Uttappam is prepared with the same batter.
