sweet poori, Sweet Puri

Sweet Poori has a very sweet imaginary story behind it, I always tell to my family, “one day when grandmother was preparing Puris but grandchildren wanted to eat some sweets, grandmother who had rolled up all Puris got an idea and she piled one on other, separated layers with ghee and then dry flour which was kept just next, then again she rolled and divided to small pedas and flattened these to form poori shape, but this time with lots of layers. And fried to crispy brown, this was only crispy not sweet, so she dusted some sugar powder on top of this hot pooris and gave to children, they all were so surprised and enjoyed new sweet dish”.
